Terms · draft dated 23 October 2026
Authorized content.
Explicit control.
Scope and operator
These draft terms describe the intended use of ClipHeat, a local content preparation and integration tool operated by the owner of @clipheathq. They are not in effect until the operator approves and publishes a final version. ClipHeat is not currently open for public registration.
Permitted use and content rights
The operator or authorized creator must own or have adequate permission to use each source video, audio track, likeness and other included material. A campaign brief alone does not establish every required right. Do not use ClipHeat for unauthorized copying, impersonation, deceptive engagement or infringement. Content remains owned by its respective rights holders.
Platform authorization and approval
Connecting an account does not authorize every future publication. Account verification, platform approvals, creator-facing controls and the applicable per-post consent must be satisfied before release. Do not bypass rate limits, audit restrictions, privacy settings, verification or safety controls. TikTok's Direct Post intended-use restrictions apply; an internal uploader must not be misrepresented as an approved public creator service.
Campaigns and disclosures
Review the current campaign's eligibility, deadline, content rules, advertising and paid-partnership requirements before publishing or submitting a link. Use the platform's required disclosure mechanisms where applicable. An upload, a caption hashtag, or a notification does not prove campaign acceptance, completed submission, valid views or payment.
Availability and fees
No subscription, earnings promise or paid service is offered through this information website. Integrations depend on third-party API availability and approvals and may stop or require reauthorization. Platform terms and any separately authorized provider charges remain separate; the operator must approve costs before enabling a paid service.
Disconnection and support
The operator may pause the workflow, revoke account access through the platform, and remove local records. Previously published content must be managed through the relevant platform. For questions or requests, contact @clipheathq on Instagram.
Third-party services
ClipHeat is not endorsed by YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok or Telegram. Their policies and account agreements apply to their services. These terms do not alter statutory rights. Changes to the tool, audience or hosting require review of these terms and the privacy policy before they take effect.
